ABOUT THE POSITION

As a production planner, you serve as a link between the customer, customer service, technicians, and project managers. You ensure that customer orders are delivered with the highest quality and optimal profitability. Through your commitment, you build and maintain the trusting relationships that are the foundation for collaboration with both our customers and technicians.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

As a production planner, you coordinate customer jobs for the department's technicians. You are the one who plans the jobs for the right people at the right time. You are the spider in the web ensuring that the planning is efficient. You will work both independently and collaboratively with your colleagues to best meet their customer commitments based on requirements and expectations. You will, among other things:

• Be responsible for effective resource utilization of technicians and find measures to streamline production and resource usage/resource assurance
• Ensure that the right work documents are available to perform the work safely and efficiently
• Drive the work to success and make necessary decisions to keep the work flowing. Financial decisions are made in consultation with the responsible leader
• Act as an administrator and coordinator in several processes simultaneously

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Have one or more years of experience in a coordinating role, or have previously worked as a technician
• Are comfortable with Microsoft Office
• Have basic financial understanding
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in daily work
• Have an aptitude for understanding computer-based internal/external support systems within the operational area, as well as being able to read and interpret order documents/network documentation

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with similar tasks, preferably within the construction industry
• A valid driver's license (B)
